The plants at Sanpada EMU POH Shop and Matunga Workshop having capacity of 1000 KWp each are in various stages of implementation. once completed the expected energy generation of these plants will be 25 lakh units per year.

In addition, a total of 11.335 MWp plants at 118 locations on Central Railway is expected to be completed by July 2018 in collaboration with REMCL (Railway Energy Management Company Ltd, a Joint Venture of Ministry of Railways). This will generate 142 lakh units per year which will help in reducing the energy bill of Central Railway considerably.
