33rd PENSION ADALAT HELD AT SER HEAD QUARTERS

Kolkata, 18th September, 2018:

In accordance with the guidelines of the Railway Board, the 33rd Pension Adalat was held at S E Railway Headquarters, Garden Reach, this morning (18.09. 2018) to settle the disputed cases of the retired railway employees especially the cases of 7thCPC.

As many as 7 cases were received from the Pensioners and all the 7 cases have been finalized in a cordial manner and the pensioners expressed their happiness over the initiatives taken by the Railway Administration.

Later, Smt. Zarina Firdausi, Principal Chief Personnel Officer, South Eastern Railway welcomed the pensioners and said that this is an important event for the retired railway employees who had served the railways in their best time of the life and railways would settle their cases amicably. Principal Chief Personnel Officer also advised the respective railway officers to settle the pensioners’ cases expeditiously to get their legitimate dues.

The Pension Adalat was constituted by the following officers:

ADALAT: Sri Ravi Kumar, Dy.CPO(HQ)

Sri B.Nanda, Dy.FA&CAO(F&B)

APPELLATED Dr. Mahua Verma, CPO(Admn)

ADALAT :SriH.K.Sahu ,FA&CAO(HQ)

It has also been decided that a Pensioner’s “Shivir” in S E Railway will be held in Divisions as well as Headquarters on 26.09.2018 to obtain relevant information from Pensioners/Family Pensioners in order to facilitate revision of Pension/Family Pension under 7th CPC.
