Notification inviting applications for Technical Skill Development Training Programme in Electrician, Fitter and Welding Trade for the years 2021 – 22 (First & Second Batch)
East Coast Railway will be organizing Technical Skill Development Training under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana at the following four Units. The short duration training programme will be covered in 03 weeks. This training is being provided free of cost.
(i) Electrical Loco Shed , Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.(ELS / VSKP)
(ii) Electrical Loco Shed, Angul, Odisha (ELS / ANGL)
(iii) Carriage and Repair Workshop, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar (CRW / MCS)
(iv) Diesel Loco Shed, Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.(DLS / VSKP)
Eligibility: (i) Educational Qualification : Matriculation (10th pass)
(ii) Age : 18 to 35 years as on 31st August 2021.
Interested candidates (Male / Female) who fulfill the eligibility criteria given above may fill the application form in the prescribed format given in the next page (Page-2). They can obtain the prescribed Application Form from the office as mentioned above. Detail of the Training slots, Application closing date, the date from which Training will be initiated etc. are given in the subsequent page.
Applicant must fill their full name, father’s name, address, in the application form. Candidates must attach self attested copy of : Matriculation Certificate showing the date of birth, 10th pass mark-sheet and one of the photo identity card amongst Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driving License.
The application will be summarily rejected if the mandated certificates are not attached. The selection of trainees will be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in Matriculation (10th class). The application should be submitted at the address given above.
For any assistance candidates may contact the phone numbers/email IDs given against each of the Training Unit as given in the subsequent page (Page-3). The applications will be accepted till 5 PM on or before the closing date as mentioned against the Training Unit.
- Closing Date for ELS / VSKP & ELS / ANGL: 31.08.2021.
- Closing Date for CRW/ MCS & DLS / VSKP : 03.09.2021.
The select list of trainees will be published at the respective offices by 16.09.2021 in ELS/VSKP & ELS/ANGL; and by 22.09.2021 in CRW / MCS & DLS / VSKP. Candidates will also be informed through mobile / e-mail.
Timings of training will be 09.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs (Monday to Friday) and 09.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs (Saturday)
